There were some last minute changes in the line up. Here are the final paintings and contestants. Thank you to everyone who made this another successful event!
The word for the Chicago Battle was "Earth." I was surprised at how many artists depicted the end of the world.
For this battle we increased the maximum points for lettering, and replaced the time criteria with originality. Thank you to Kuumba Lynx Chicago and Youth Speaks San Francisco for coming together and making this project a success! Special thanks to all the judges for bringing together so many queens, kings and legends to make this an unforgettable day.
